Thanksgiving Snow

Looks like the weatherman was right for once! We got a little snow for Thanksgiving.

First Bird of Winter

I saw my first Junco this morning. That means winter isn't far behind.


This Goldfinch has changed into his winter feathers, except for his head!


My hydrangeas are putting on their fall colors.


The trees are beautiful but it won't be long until all the leaves are on the ground.

Fall in the Park

Day is Done...

We can't really see too many sunsets from the back deck because of all the trees but tonight I just caught a glimpse of this one and thought I would share. Nothing like sunset at the beach but a sunset is a sunset...

Touch of Fall...

Oh, here it comes!! Fall starts out slowly and then BAM!! Only the early trees are changing right now but soon, very soon, there will be a riot of color!!
